Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

20th floor, looked out directly at ocean with no obstruction. Condo had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. A plus to have 2 beach chairs on beach each day and more to use from condo, so didn’t take up car room for these items.

A really nice place

The condo was clean, nicely updated with a well stocked kitchen. The photos are accurate. The 20th floor balcony is spacious with a slight overhang which allows partial shade throughout the day and has a great view of the ocean and beach below. The location sits between the more built up PB area to the east and quieter area west on Rte 30A. There is a Winn Dixie a few minutes away and several nice family restaurants nearby. Rosemary Beach is a short 15 min drive. Highly recommend this place. I would stay again.

Lovely condo! Enjoyed the fabulous tv and all the streaming choices. The balcony was our favourite place to have our coffee in the mornings and watching the sunsets! Greta’s team was very responsive to our needs - changing burnt out light bulbs and fixing running toilets! We’ve been renting from Greta Beach Rentals for several years and have always had a wonderful time!

Having a beach chair/umbrella provided at no extra cost was very much lugging! we would happily stay here again.

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. It was actually more spacious than it appeared in photos. The views and location were incredible. We also needed an extra parking pass and called Greta’s and Adam got us a pass that day. We will definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends. Unit very clean and management company helpful to work with. Quiet end of beach with quick drive to stores, Pier Park, restaurants. The parking spot for this condo on-site is quite awkward and gets the fully Gulf sea spray and next to where all the vendors park, just outside of the covered parking deck - we eventually parked across the street in an overflow spot which was much better. The condo has beach chairs and all the toys so all you need is a swimsuit and towel. The condo and the owners attention to details more than made up for the minimal parking hassle. Games, books, movies, puzzles handy for those rainy beach days and more available in the HOA office.

We had such a great week. Condo view outstanding. I’m always concerned about elevator wait time on the 20th floor but never waited more than 3-5 minutes at all times of day. Parking spot right outside the garage worked out great as well. Beds comfortable, rockin recliners cool too. We will definitely try to stay in 2005 again some day.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Tropic Winds. Both experiences were great. The condo was well cleaned when we arrived. This condo by far is the nicest…new floors, new cabinets and counter tops, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. My parents who are in their 80’s especially enjoyed the recliners looking out to the ocean. I specifically was looking for a unit that would be comfortable for them where they would enjoy it from the balcony. The table on the balcony was great for meals, playing cards, and enjoying the beautiful Emerald Gulf Coast. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

What a terrific condo. The view is absolutely amazing over the emerald coast. We spent hours watching dolphins and sting rays from our balcony. The rooms were updated and incredibly clean — I have to think it is one or the nicest in the building. The staff at Greta’s was also great to work with… very responsive with questions about things to do in the area. I would emphatically recommend this place to someone looking for a great stay in panama city beach but far from the noise and such on the man drag (which is just a short drive away).
