“Hidden gem. We were up in the mountains where it rained so decided to spend last night of our trip in cocoa Beach area. Rooms spotless host amazing and the best part as an animal lover was the rescue animals that are on the property. I have two myself. Will definitely be back.”

“This is a wonderful hotel. They organised our transfer from the airport and we were able to buy breakfast when we arrived and use the pool until our room was ready in the afternoon. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the town, although there are lots of restaurants closer. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Hotel Villa Del Sol.”

“The property was great - the glamping dome had everything we needed for a short stay, and everything in good condition. There's a small fridge, shelving space, tea and coffee facilities, a tv, and bathroom with shower. The dome got really hot during the day, but the AC cooled the place down pretty quickly, so it wasn't an issue. The space outside on the deck was great - two loungers and a small plunge pool to cool off. There was a small conscience store a 2 minute walk away, so great to buy some……

“⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Great location and staff, but the hotel itself is very run down and the “pool” advertised no longer exists, they have access to a pool a 10-minute walk away. My family and I stayed here for 6 nights because we wanted a hotel close to the beach with a pool. Unfortunately, the photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Right in the center of town near restaurants, shops, bakeries, and a short walk to the beach. We always felt safe……

“Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very nice, clean, and exactly what you need for a comfortable stay with an incredible view! I’m not a morning person but I never missed a great locally inspired breakfast- included with the stay. The hotel is located in a great spot for the view, close enough to the beach for a quick trip there and back, and tucked away just enough to give you that local feel away from the tourist madness. Golf cart recommended and it is really enjoyable……

“Room and amenities were as expected, good food and the pool area is nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Long wait lines (30 minutes?) to get checked in, which after a long day of travel can be a drag. Otherwise I got what I paid for and needed for a short stayover.”

“This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”

“The staff were friendly and the amenities including the pool and restaurant are great. Really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was spacious, but found it wasn’t as clean as we expected. Noted what looked like blood on the floor and coffee marks on the side table, but overall the stay was very pleasant. Would definitely return. ”

“Had the best time at this beachside hotel. Very quaint with only a handful of rooms that are all steps to the ocean. The food was fabulous and the area was safe and walkable to other fabulous restaurants. Coco was our favourite beach, calm waves, beautiful sandy swimmable ocean! And best of all no one trying to sell you crap on the beach! Very walkable beach, we loved everything ”

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4.
