“La Petit Hotel was wonderful- the rooms were spotless, the continental breakfast was a delicious balance including muffins, bagels, meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs, great breads and best of all, good coffee. Our only complaint is that we would speak to one staff member in French, and to our annoyance, he would respond in English. We speak French very well but not with a Quebec accent. All staff should be advised to respond in the language in which they are addressed. This is common courtesy.”
