  • A lot of charm for this studio of 30m2 on the ground floor  overlooking a courtyard. A nice little nest in a real estate forest:


    • Lounge with a small sofa , 2 armchairs, HDTV, sound system, wifi internet connection. Coffee table, carpet, elegant decoration. Window on courtyard on the ground floor.


    • Modern kitchen open to the living room with fridge, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need for cooking and eating. Several storage. Window on courtyard


    • Small laundry room separate from the apartment with washer-dryer on the right of the gate before entering the inner courtyard.


    • Dining area with table and chairs.


    • Sleeping space obtains with a foldaway bed of 160cm x 200cm. Cupboards. Window on courtyard.


    • Shower room with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer.


    • WC.


    The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





    The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





    - for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

This is a good apartment in a very central location with easy access to 3 metro stations and walkable to many attractions. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and a market up the road. It is also good that it is downstairs for moving suitcases.Check in was in person and Thomas was on time, friendly, personable and explained how everything worked.The apartment is small especially with the murphy bed down and trying to dry clothes. The murphy bed is comfortable as is the other furniture which is all very tasteful. The apartment has all the facilities listed and the washing machine was great.Be aware that there is currently construction going on in the courtyard so access to the window in the apartment is limited and noise was a problem during the day.

Les points positifs : c'est calme car l'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure (on entend les voisins, donc je suppose qu'ils peuvent vous entendre aussi) ; il est situé au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui facilite l'accès pour les personnes ne pouvant pas monter d'escaliers. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. L'agence de location est charmante, réactive, très serviable et patiente. Les points négatifs potentiels : l'endroit est humide et dégage une légère odeur de moisissure. La seule lumière provient des grandes fenêtres donnant sur la cour ; cela peut poser problème si l'on souhaite préserver son intimité, bien que, durant notre séjour, des travaux aient entraîné du bruit et supprimé toute vue. Nous ne l'avons découvert qu'à notre arrivée, mais le propriétaire nous a accordé une petite réduction. Si vous prévoyez de passer beaucoup de temps dans le studio, sachez qu'il ressemble un peu à une grotte : bien meublé et confortable, certes, mais peut-être pas idéal pour un séjour prolongé. Par ailleurs, la clé demande de la force dans le poignet pour tourner ; une femme âgée n'a pas réussi à ouvrir la porte.

okay but beware

It is a very clean property. Located near metro stop. These rentors are a management company with multiple properties. Their staff is nice but the description of the property is lacking in some information that some people may find crucial. 1. The bed is a "murphy bed." You must clear all furniture out of the way to be able to open the bed to sleep. Not an easy task if you want to close the bed every day. 2. There is no washer and dryer. It is just a washer. Min. time to wash is 2 1/2 hrs. You must air dry all laundry. Jeans took over 24hrs to dry. 3. Stone wall sheds mortar. Literally had to take suitcases into courtyard to get rid of dust and mortar bits. Not a little but a lot. 4. No paper towels just a minimal amount of tp -- two rolls. As stated in description, no soap or shampoo provided at sink or bathroom. No tissues either. 5. Furniture is "very used." 6. Shower is large and good. 7. Condo is hot if neighbors have heat on. 8. Mouse trap in apt. was visible next to shower room. 9. As stated in the description, toilet is separate from shower so you have to walk from toilet to shower. Just annoying. 10. If you want to eat out Sunday evening, location is not convenient. Most nearby cafes/bars/rest. do not have kitchen service Sun. afternoon or evening. If you do not plan to cook, for the price, would suggest staying at a hotel. You will be much happier. Again, the property was very clean and the shower was large. Easy access to get into apt.
