"We flew im for a wedding. It was centrally located. There were bikes in the garage which is a bonus, wish they all worked but that’s ok. There is a creek trail a few houses away. It was nice the kids unplugged and got outside to explore."

"Cool house only 20 minutes drive to RR. Very clean & host provided snacks. We will definitely come back to this psychedelic duplex next time we go to a concert at RR. Lot of room w/ comfortable beds, plenty of blankets & pillows. Comfortable couch & very quiet neighbors. We didn’t go outside in the back due to weather snow/rain while we were here but looks like nice spot for a bbq or just chill. Host was responsive & friendly"

"We traveled to Denver for our son's 19th birthday so he could see one of his favorite bands in concert! This home was perfect for the 3 of us and our dogs. For its location, the surrounding area was remarkably quiet at night! It was easy to catch an uber or even walk 2 blocks to catch the tram! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, plenty of accommodations to help us with our dogs! Will totally stay here again!"

The rate was reasonable, our hosts were friendly and personable, taking care of our concerns quickly, and the setting was beautiful with the deer and the views.
