"Clean and well-thought out room. Reception staff were very helpful. They even gave us a few breakfast days to make up for the noise and construction going on next door. Breakfast choices were plenty to satisfy us every morning. The location is close to two underground stops. Also, lots of market and restaurant choices in the area. We were very happy with our stay. "This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack. Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city. We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!"
