「We have been going to Topsail beach for 35 years. The slow non flashy atmosphere is our favorite. This condo is our new favorite to rent. The location is perfect to town or the southern tip of the island. The ocean side view and deck is gorgeous. Perfect for the sunrise. 「Unobstructed, beach views and steps to the beach. Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach.」
