"Great hotel and fabulous facilities as expected, although pool area was a little tired. Check in staff were ok but it was late at night and they weren’t that helpful and struggled to understand a few things we asked. Was disappointed that the classic room I booked had absolutely no view of anything other than a brick wall. I was offered an upgrade by email the day before but on arrival the hotel was apparently fully booked. As an IHG member I expected better service."

The rooms were quite nice and well themed. We were there during a quiet period so some of the dining options were not available.
