“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . “The location of the property could not have been better. Even though it is a extremely busy area, the sound proofing in the windows makes for a quiet stay. My one and only complaint is that for this price they should have had separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. They had one bottle of soap in the shower to wash everything and no conditioner!”

“Great location, beautiful room and exceptional customer service. We went to the wrong section of the hotel, so they organised to have our, rather heavy, bags taken to our room. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and sat outside in the beautiful courtyard.
