Clean, quaint, covered all our needs
We were charmed by the architecture, decor, and historical feel of the apartment. My girls thought sleeping in the attic suite was extra special! It was rainy during our stay, and we were glad to come in out of the rain to a comfortable, warm home. The games were enjoyed and the kitchen met our needs well. (Our only problem was with the dryer. It took many cycles to dry a load. Even then, still a little damp.) Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Family get together
We met in Philly for a family reunion. My 80yo mother, my single sister, and my husband/two teens/ and I stayed at Cedar Park. The property was clean, well stocked, and had fun lovely decor. My brother lives in a small apartment nearby so he and his kids came to us each evening to play games. We had a great time, but as the apartment is on the top floor of an older (but really lovely) house noise carries and we repeatedly had to sush the kids during our rousing games of Uno or monopoly b/c the downstairs neighbor complained. Other than the downstairs neighbor, the stay was perfect. My mother is pretty spry and had no trouble but I would say anyone with any mobility limitations/ balance issues would be uncomfortable with the stairs leading to the apartment as they are steep and narrow by modern standards.

Lovely accommodation while visiting Penn for gradation
This property is as beautiful as the pictures show. As mentioned in a previous review, the only downside is the number of steps even after you are inside the building to get to the apartment...29 to be exact. However, our 82, 86 and 93 year old parents made it work! If you don't have issues with steps, this shouldn't be an issue. The property is on a pleasant street and connects to beautiful neighborhoods for walking and finding nice coffee shops and restaurants. It is also close to Penn's campus to walk there or short Uber rides. While the property doesn't include parking, we never had a problem and also never paid to park while there. The communication with the owner/property manager was excellent throughout the entire process. I had a couple of suggestions for the property and the owner is appreciative and will make some additions.

The location is ok has the amenities advertised Needs some maintenance upkeep the main floor bathroom sink was plugged very slow drain the floor felt a times like you fall through and the extra foam mattress are dirty useAble but need a cleaning

Cozy Place With Many Stairs
We stayed for 4 nights. Loved the neighborhood. Apartment is cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us. My daughter visited a couple of nights. But aye, those stairs! We are all in our 60s and hauling our luggage up was tough. Getting up and down takes energy. It is advertised as a "second floor " apartment. No. It is a 3rd floor apartment and one of the bedrooms is a 4th floor spot. We were ready for some stairs but this was more than expected.

Great For Work Trip
3 Coworkers stayed for a conference at the convention center. It was a relaxing and spacious place to begin and end the day. Had everything we needed and was lovely all-around. Thank you!
