"The front desk manager Benjamin was extremely helpful, polite and delightful. The concierge was spot on with recommending a spa and his follow through impeccable. The cleaning staff were cordial and thorough.
The engineer was swift and very capable of fixing our door lock which malfunctioned.
The front desk women seemed very timid, cowed and unable to stretch beyond rules that they perceived as rigid."
