"Layouts of the rooms is good, the kitchenette was perfect. The shower faucet was broken or the toilet was leaking from the bottom.

"This area is very fitness focused. If you’re not here for the gyms and the training it might not be for you. We were here for the facilities of the area, good healthy food, workouts, access to world class gyms and trainers.

"This place is such a different vibe than the beach scene of Karon, just what I was looking for after many previous days in the sand and sun. The property is gorgeous, they have a bar over looking the ocean. It’s a distance up from a lot of things but they offer motor bike rentals. The food was good and a good price. The room was huge, tons of storage space. I highly recommend for a different type of vibe but close to the beach. Owners were on site often and very welcoming. "

"Central to everything I needed. Clean, although the room can use an update. I can tell moisture is an issue. WiFi was great throughout, the ac stayed cool. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the truck taking you to Patong beach was an added bonus. Breakfast options were good too. "

BUT I feel what makes Noku Phuket so special is the staff they have employed there. Everyone is so kind and willing to help you. And the pleasantness they exude is genuine. They truly will go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. My checkout was noon but my flight didn't leave till almost midnight. The resort allowed me to store my bags at the desk. I was able to still enjoy all the hotel amenities the rest of the day leading up to my flight. As well as shower before I left. If you are looking for a one of a kind place look no further. If you want relaxation, quiet and privacy this is your place. My husband and I received massages and they were so incredible that we went back a few days later and got another one!
