“Upon arriving at the Residenza Il Colle, we were taken back by the stunning views. What a location !
Upon arrival the staff were super friendly and welcoming and after a quick tour we were left to ourselves.
The pool is stunning and relatively quiet and gets the sun all day and evening but there are umbrellas.
The accommodation puts on a nice breakfast from 0800-1000 and then you can have snack and drinks from 5pm which is great and if you ask nicely you can get a cheeky Aperol in during……

Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking.
Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use).
Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.”

“This is about 30 minutes outside Florence but a really cool, quiet location! It was nice to be outside of the cities and take a break from the crowds. The hotel had a ton of amenities and the staff was super nice. You would need a car if you are staying here (unless you want to pay for cabs), there is free parking though. ”

“Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une nuit mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par le lieu!
La chambre est belle, bien équipée avec de belles attentions !
Une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le cadre est superbe !
Le seul bémol serait que sans la ville à côté tout n’était pas ouvert mais nous avions prévu ce qu’il fallait pour manger.

“Wir hatten einen authentischen (toskanischen) Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft . Frühstück war lecker,Aussicht im Garten war wunderschön und der Gastgeber sehr nett!
Wir waren zu Fuß und ohne Auto unterwegs,das ging gut mit dem Bus. Allerdings gab es keinen Fußweg zur Unterkunft (wofür Tomasso natürlich nichts kann) - nur als Info falls man die Unterkunft ohne Auto buchen möchte. Mit Auto ist das kein Problem und schnell erreichbar von Florenz aus. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt,danke!”
