“This listing is really relying on the location which is perfect for what we wanted. The neighborhood amenities were nice even though when we came many things were closed. The lake, dock, kayaks, and outdoor space was great. The house itself is extremely dated and has an odor throughout. The couches have stains and the kitchen has less than the bare minimum you would expect a rental to have. The bathrooms all had a soggy type smell. The basement especially had a really muggy smell. “We enjoyed our stay very much. All host communications were timely, detailed and helpful. We had 6 adults, 4 children and two dogs.The house was very comfortable and perfect for everyone - right down to the table that seats a full 10 people! The kids (and adults) had fun playing pool. The kitchen has everything you could need, but you may want to bring dish soap and your own sponge if you have a very big crew and need to wash items between dishwasher loads. “Phil was great to work with. The place was clean and in the mountains. The beds were a little hard but manageable. There were plenty of extra linens and the rooms were spacious. The only thing is when you look at the pictures it looks like the amenities are close to the house but they are not. We used the pool and hot tub at the one location. Check in was easy to get into the neighborhood. Overall it was a good stay.”

“it wae a beautiful house and the rooms were clean. The floors are good if you are using slippers. definitely dont go around barefoot. it was a little musty in the 2 bedrooms in the lower level but not too bad. The towels smelled a bit so i recommend bringing your own towels if you are sensitive to that. The Kitchen was not as big as i thought from the pictures. All in all it was a very nice stay. the owner was very kind to provide us with additional passes and very responsive when the power went……
