"photos do not do this cabin justice! the views were insane and the host is amazing and kind. they gave us updates on weather and road conditions since we are not from the area. we we’re snowed in and had to head to the airport at 4am. the plow truck wasn’t supposed to come until later in the day but host made sure they plowed the roads before we even woke up! they even made a little trail for us to walk to the car and removed snow from the vehicle which made it easier to defrost! amazing views...

"Grateful to management company who facilitated a last minute reservation. The place is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is a restaurant below that played some live music at night which ends at 11pm. There were ear plugs provided beside each bed which was an unexpected amenity. The location is superb, with about 30 stairs up from street level to the unit, but not too difficult, may be a challenge if carrying really heavy luggage."

"Great property. We stayed with our adult children. Something for everyone in downtown Golden. We parked in the parking garage across the street and some days never used the car. The kitchen was nice and perfect for breakfast and light lunch. But with so many restaurants steps away, we ate dinner out every night. Had a very new and modern feel. Also felt very safe and secure."

"Lovely apartment, best of several VRBOs we have rented in Golden area. Very nicely and thoughtfully renovated and decorated. Betsy an excellent communicator and host. Location fabulous, walking to Abejas and Cafe 13 a treat. Make sure you have a sticky bun at the Cafe."

"The property was in a great location allowing access to 470 and everything else. It was nice to be able to just walk to downtown Littleton without having to fight for parking. Cindy was great communicating during the whole process and kept us updated when there was an issue before we got to the property. We will definitely see about using the property again next time we are in the area."

"Convenient to Evergreen and Conifer. Can't beat the views. Very clean, private access and good internet(yeah!). It is small, so not the best for cooking in and our wish would be a new grill. Terrific host and extremely quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again."

"Finding the house, dedicated parking spot and checking in was super easy. Very thoughtful layout in a small space, having areas for cooking a full meal, relaxing, or doing a bit of work. Lots of yummy snacks, and drinks to pick from. Back yard is big, but a bit of Colorado winter came to visit so no lounging out there. Friendly and on site hosts Casey and Sara have a comfy, clean place that would be a repeat."
