"The hosts were absolutely welcoming and where we stayed breathtaking. They provided everything we needed to know about out stay, along with how to use the shower. Which was incredibly helpful! It was great to sip on a cup of coffee and look out at the view. The location was perfect for meeting up with our family who lives in Pine. We also enjoyed our breakfast at the Cutthroat Cafe. Looking forward to staying there again."

"The unit was accurately depicted in description and photos. Great to have a washer/dryer and all the appliances worked fine. Nice eastern morning light and convenient, safe parking nearby. Truly a very walkable location! We would definitely stay there again when visiting our son and DIL. Apartment could use a few basic kitchen items (we don’t eat out every meal), the up/down shades are in need of replacement- all easy fixes."

"We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door...

"The condo is centrally located to either front range, downtown, or just checking out all of Denver area has to offer. The grounds and pool are well kept with plenty of parking. King bed was comfy and two full baths were great to have. The condo is located on bear creek bike trail that will take you to South Platt bike trail as well as 470 bike trail. We were lucky enough to stay for a year and enjoyed the following: * Red Rocks concerts and hiking within mins, stop in at the Cow for fabulous...

"Sarah was very proactive in making sure my stay was comfortable. I never heard neighbors (and being top floor above storage helps with that!) though it should be noted that the place does have window units as opposed to central HVAC, so A/C was a bit louder when I was running it. I don’t think this is terribly uncommon in Denver, and I was there during a heat wave so probably had to use the window units more than usual. It was a nice touch having the cleaners come during the middle of my month...

"photos do not do this cabin justice! the views were insane and the host is amazing and kind. they gave us updates on weather and road conditions since we are not from the area. we we’re snowed in and had to head to the airport at 4am. the plow truck wasn’t supposed to come until later in the day but host made sure they plowed the roads before we even woke up! they even made a little trail for us to walk to the car and removed snow from the vehicle which made it easier to defrost! amazing views...
