“Was there for 3 nights and have no complaints it served its purpose for a nice place to rest after being out all day”

“Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so……

“The apartment was perfect for our needs! It was clean and the bath towels were super fluffy!”

“The property is in a nice location. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 p.m. the house was not clean at all (dirty bathroom, wash cloths, towels, dirty sheets, unmade bed, trash on table, etc.). It took me 2-3 hours to get in contact with our host and had to contact VRBO direct to help try and resolve. The cleaners finally showed up at 8:30 p.m. to clean the house, we missed time with family & friends that we traveled hours to see for a wedding because of dealing with this "Unclean" House.”

“I was visiting for a week and enjoyed this stay. Good location because everything is close by. The host was really nice and informative before, during and after check-in/check-out. Response time on any questions or concerns were almost immediate. The unit had everything you could need for your stay in case you forgot something. I appreciate that the photos matched in person and how clean everything was. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.”

“The room was outdated and not very clean. The place felt run-down and unsanitary. Everything looked old and poorly maintained”
