“First, I will say the property manager, Marlena, was great. We had several issues that she was quick to respond and handle. The apartment itself was clean and nice. The kitchen could use some new cooking pots and pans. We were not able to cook due to the pans being scratched horribly. If you intend to cook during your stay, bring everything you need from salt and pepper to the main course. The kitchen does have the basic utensils, flatware, cups and dishes. “Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen……

“The home is beautiful, spacious, in a lovely neighborhood, and very conveniently located. We lived in the screened in back porch and fenced in yard. We rarely left the property as we came to visit my son stationed at Fort Bragg so utilizing the games available and the large kitchen suited our agenda perfectly. Percy is the nicest most accommodating person I have ever interacted with. We struggled a little with the house alarm and he had help at the door within minutes. We live in Ohio so……
