“We really enjoyed this property, location, amenities and quiet. This place is walking distance to everything, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The amenities, full size kitchen, large dining table, comfortable living room to hang out. Had a porch and courtyard to enjoy your coffee or expresso. Yes there is a Nespresso machine and it was wonderful. Our room was comfortable, bed was just right and they had a little coffee machine in it. “The ONE Inn property is totally misrepresented on your VRBO site. The host blames you, but I have not had similar issues the other times I have done VRBO. It is NOT a bed and breakfast. There is no food, there was no running water in the kitchen, way too many things needed maintenance. We had an issue with the toilet clogging with the first flush and the thin skinned host was offended and upset that I was upset. I’m not sure where he learned customer service. “The 1888 is an unconventional “hotel,” really an unmanned guest house but one supported by 24 hour service by phone and text as needed. The reps were extremely responsive to any query and they keep in touch with multiple texts throughout the stay. The Casita is a private cottage at the rear of the property with two bedrooms to sleep 4 and a couch that doubles as a single bed; this place would not sleep 3 couples but it worked out fine for our group of 5. It is nicely appointed with a kitchen……
