“It was cold so we weren’t able to use the water slide and pool but overall I have no complaints for the services we did use. The food at the restaurant was good and surprisingly affordable for a resort. The staff was friendly. ”

“Walking in the lobby was okay, nothing special. Upon checking in we headed to our room where the door would not open. Once we got into our room we discovered that it appeared nothing like the photos. The tv was blaring, it smelled bad and was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the shower had brown smudges all over. The whole place seemed a dirty and more than a little sketchy. We went right back down to get a refund and that was a 45 minute process of us having to wait for……

“The room was very nice. Large area. It took a while to figure out how to work the thermostat controls and get the temperature to a comfortable area. The heat was a bit spotty in the living room area vs say the bedroom.
The fireplace helped with living room heating.
The comoliment of kitchenette dishes was sufficient for the time stayed.
I did have a couple critical comments.
Bei g on the 1st floor I could clearly hear the sales presentation of the other IHG owned property. It made sleeping in,……

“Check in was easy, but our room was dirty. Hair was left on the sink in the bathroom, cigarette buds were all over the balcony, and the hallway smell of a very weird unpleasant smell. We also had a leak in the wall that kept us up all night. For a cheat simple stay it’s fine, but the pictures don’t match the actual hotel. ”
