"Many of the reviews highlighted how friendly the staff were and I must agree. Energetic, welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in a ground floor unit with a king and pull out sofa. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we need. And COOL and QUIET! I was nervous with the price being so fair, but no regrets! Would stay here again. "

"Starting with male staff that checked me in. I forgot his name but he is a small frame black male that is apart of the theatrical world like myself. He was super nice and hospitable. Mrs. Debra over the food staff, was awesome. Her and the team were very accommodating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice and clean. You can tell that the employess love their job and take pride in their work. They work hard to keep the establishment clean and safe. They deserve a raise ;)"

"Parking charge of $18.00 per night This property was sure not nice enough to warrant a nightly parking fee and was a complete surprise at check-in. Went back and looked at Hotels.com property description and sure enough, buried deep in the fine print it exposed the nightly parking fee. My bad for not seeing it. I would not have booked this property if the nightly parking fee had been displayed up front with all the other amenities. I was really pissed, but when we checked in at 10:00pm, there was little I could do about it. "

"Stayed at the Rosen inn international for a weekend getaway. Loved that its located closeeld to attractions. Rooms are a bit outdated but its clean so I was pleased with my stay."
