"When we arrived they didn’t have us in the system because the owner of the unit never let them know it was rented so from the get go we wasted a go of time until they figured that out. The unit needed maintenance to come 2 times for air conditioner not working and the ventilation fan needed to be fixed 2 times as well. A lot of time wasted and I tipped the maintenance people because they worked really hard and deserved even more than I could give. Concierge depending on who you dealt with were good but the manager of concierge Laura was horrible we were lied to about so many things mislead in so many ways. Wasted so much time being given the run around about misinformation and it took 5 days before we were told the truth about what grocery stores existed. We were lied to and taken advantage of with cabs but Air Force One is the best cab guy! And Johnny is the best in the world he takes care of arrivals bags etc! Love him so much! We both would go back just to see him! You can’t swim at the beach but it was a beautiful place! The pool at the top is amazing but bring your muscles and lungs in good shape because there are steps everywhere to do anything but golf cart drivers that are amazing too. Don’t do the stupid presentation thats when you get screwed. Just do the sunset cruise and pay the extra 26 bucks. Trust me the hell we dealt with doing that presentation kinda ruined it all at the end, take 3 hours to get to the airport to go home. We missed our flight"

"We loved our stay here! The pool and view were fabulous and the location was excellent. Spencer was great to work with and made sure our stay exceeded our expectations. The property had plenty of beach towels and other beach/pool necessities. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Our family of five had an amazing time for our first trip to St.Thomas. Scott was incredibly friendly and very helpful answering any questions we had about the island. The house was very centrally located. We made it to all sides of the island. We enjoyed making dinner and relaxing in the pool each evening. Beds were very comfortable and the couch was perfect for our nightly game of Taboo. We will definitely book again when we return!"

"House was perfect for our party of 11. All the communication for the host was very helpful to prepare us for out trip. The house has lots of entertainment space for everyone and the kitchen had two refrigerators which was really nice. We played games and used the poker table. The pool was impeccable, very clean and several people used the pool throughout our trip. The hot tub was not in service during our visit. We rented 3 vehicles and had room to park them all. We hired a driver that could drive an open-air vehicle to the house, it was very helpful, so we did not have to drive our cars at night when we went out for dinner. We had an issue with one of the brand-new room air conditioning units throwing error messages when we arrived and I reached out to the maintenance phone number given via email on our arrival text and they arrived within the hour to fix it. The room cooled quickly and we had no issues with the air conditioning the rest of the trip. This was a beautiful home with amazing outdoor seating and fabulous views. There were power outages on St. Thomas, but the generator for the house worked the entire time, so we never had power issues. The beaches in St. Thomas are amazing! Highly recommend this house!!!"

"How it pains me to leave this review because there were good things about the property but the hosts lack of integrity tainted the overall experience in the end. The property looks like the pictures and has breathtaking views! The house was clean and had more than enough amenities. The pool was small but heated so that was nice. Beware of the following: 1. ROACHES! In the middle of the night, going into the kitchen we found roaches crawling all over the clean dishes and in the sink! 2. The roads leading up to the house are quite treacherous! Make sure you have an all terrain vehicle and that you and your passengers are not afraid of heights because it is STEEP. No one else in my group would even drive to and from the property because of that. Just make sure your driving skills are on point if you choose this property. 3. When I reached out to the host regarding the roaches, I was told that this is just a common problem in the Caribbean and there was no other communication with the host after that. I reached out to VRBO support who contacted the hosts numerous times and still no response. Despite me having photos and videos of the roaches that were present during our stay and that I contacted the host during our stay, they provided false information to VRBO. I was really hoping they would do the right thing, but that never happened. Such a disappointing experience."
