I can see what others are saying about the couch. My 18-year-old slept on the couch and didn't mind it, but I recommend bringing a cot or air mattress if you need a second bed for a picky adult. ”

“The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.”

“The house is pretty, new, and the location is great. At first the host was very responsive, until "little needs" started to come up like running out of toilet paper, paper towels, the floors, doors and walls being really dirty. The dishwasher did not work, although he/she offered to come and reset it for us. I tried to reset it several times and it just did not work. All they need to do is to clean the place better and provide more of the basics for a place that claims can sleep up to 8 people.”

“Property was roomy and great space for kids. Suggest you explain what the 2 keys left with the handbook are for. And, it takes quite a while to warm up the place when it's set at 60-degrees. We use an app to change the temperature online - suggest you use a system that allows you to warm up the home prior to guest check-in time. ”
