"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "Good resort, service was a little slow at all the bars except the beach bar. I feel like they needed more staff working at them. The resort needs to print an itinerary for you when you check in because we missed a lot of activities by not knowing they were happening. They do have an itinerary you can download but cell service is not good there with some services. The food was great! Most of the staff was nice and helpful, especially Maria at the beach bar! Lots of pool options and a lot of wildlife to see! I would definitely go back to this resort again."

"Nous avons adoré notre passage au jungala hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le service est personnalisé et très attentif et toujours souriant. Le transport vers les piscines ou la plage est rapidement accessible. Un remerciement spécial à Arturo, Vanessa et Ariana nos concierges. Arturo parle un français impeccable. Ils ont été très sympathique et ont contribué à organiser l’anniversaire de mon mari à la piscine. Merci encore! Également à la piscine du grand luxe merci à Francisco, toujours un plaisir de le revoir. Un serveur impeccable et sympathique. Ensuite, merci à Alan, mixologue au tramonto, notre ami Daniel, le meilleur serveur du Tramonto et Angel le meilleur serveur du Gong. Un voyage à la hauteur de nos attentes. La nourriture est excellente, oui un peu chère, mais ça en vaut la peine. Seule recommandation pour l’hôtel: un transport de l’aéroport pourrait être inclus dans le prix, ce serait apprécié. Mais sinon tout était parfait!"
