My first all inclusive and visiting Mexico. Girls getaway planned 4 nights at Hyatt Zilara and we loved everything about it. Buffet had many options, pool area was clean with many servers. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests. We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment.

Great property! We were greeted with Sparkling wine and escorted to a private sit down desk for check in. Our room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The pool was great, just wish it was open later than 8 pm, so we could enjoy it after our excursions off the resort. The staff was amazing and very attentive.

Staff was fantastic! They treated us like family. Lots of laughs and care. The entertainment staff was great! Geo and Ruben are very good at their jobs. Carlos and Omar really take care of you pool or beach side. We did go to a “presentation”. We didn’t buy but we got $250 leisure cash and a free 2 night 3 day stay at another resort. We used the cash to pay for cabamas.

We loved it here! Smallish resort with amazing service! The food was good, we just wished there were more options. Some of the chairs at the pool could stand to be replaced but we truly loved our time here. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others.
