The aesthetics was beautiful! The entire place smell so good and the staff was very friendly and was extremely polite..I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a very peaceful vacation. Highly recommend doing a spa massage and hydrotherapy it was the best experience ever!!!

Stayed in oceanfront room with private pool. Amazing views, amazing staff. Salvador was my butler who was very attentive amd helpful. I had a massage with hydrotherapy and it was the best experience Ive ever had Ask for Adriana. :) Would definitely recommend

Great and beautiful place, excellent restaurants. Did not like the sales people persuading you from day one to visit a 3 hour tour to their hotels, offering free stuff to catch you into a membership for other types of resorts. Also for an all inclusive hotel doesn’t include a few things at the beach and the empty cabanas were not included. I paid a lot of money to stay there, I been at other all inclusive and never had that issue

We had a great experience here, the staff treated us like family, everything was so clean, the food was amazing, activities were all so much fun and we loved Gretel and Melissa, they were awesome and it was so hard to say goodbye to everyone, there was a particular waiter named Salmone who was exceptional. All the staff seemed to love their job and were so welcoming! Our room was always cleaned in the morning and while we were out to dinner we would come back to our room to our bed sheets folded down, night lights on and chocolate on our best stand we hope to be back some day. We also did a couples massage at the spa that was amazing and got to experience the hydrotherapy which was also so cool and relaxing!

The restaurants are not open everyday. I think they should have more availability for times and days. Also, the sales pitch for the free massage is almost to intrusive when just trying to get checked in and start the trip.

Love everything, specially the stef they were so kind a d helpful. Coming back home my flight was early so they packed breakfast for us I felt so special. I recommend visiting Hyatt Zilara.

The property was well maintained, easily walkable, and had great food choices. The Club Level suite/bar had awesome drinks and a great variety of light bites. Christian, our butler, was very knowledgeable and made everything an easy process. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
