"Very excellent stay"

"We recently stayed at Xcaret and had a very mixed experience. The parks themselves are incredible. There is so much to do, and the natural setting makes everything feel unique and immersive. It’s truly an adventure-focused trip, and that part absolutely delivered. That said, there were a few consistent challenges. The food overall was underwhelming, especially considering the price point. Las Cuevas was a standout and one of the best meals we had, but it was difficult to get reservations. We ended up waiting in line, which worked, but it’s not ideal when you’re planning your days around experiences. Navigation throughout the parks could also be improved. There weren’t many clear signs, and it was easy to feel unsure of where to go next or worry that you were missing something. In addition, while the staff was kind, there is definitely a language gap at times, which made communication less seamless than expected. Another downside is that not everything is truly all-inclusive. Some parks and food options are included, but not all, which can be a bit disappointing given the overall cost. Overall, it was a really fun and memorable trip, especially for the experiences and activities. However, for us, it feels like a one-time destination rather than somewhere we would return to."

"The resort was beautiful. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The bellman even remembered who we were after one time ( he took our luggage to room). This was our second time staying there."

"Large clean resort. The beach water wasn’t all that clear to swim in. Good food and drink were decent but was hoping for more authentic non sugar based drinks. All drinks served in plastic cups. Restaurants missed creating an intimate feeling as they aren’t decorated much. I’d like to visit a resort that is smaller next time with more ambience. Beach restaurant was being updated and we had no notice ahead of our trip. Very safe and well maintained with proper staff that ensured top safety. "

"Beautiful property. Staff was kind and welcoming. No complaints. Except for the dinner restaurants- there are only 3 options and the reservations are booked before you get a chance to make the call in the morning. It was frustrating. The buffet ends up being the only dinner option which is challenging. "

"We were here on our honeymoon and unfortunately, we were both so sick we could only look out our balcony at the beautiful surroundings."

"The whole hotel and grounds are kept extremely clean. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The animals on the grounds give the hotel that extra touch."
