“The owners were very accommodating. Luci lent to me a backpack, bu repellent, sun screen, and even books to read. The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. “This place was amazing. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Loved the den like area that had a twin day bed with a pullout.
There was a coffee maker, a housecoat two pairs of slippers that came in handy. Loved the bathroom with its big shower and the vanity close up mirror with lights. ”

“BAD, BAD, BAD! I only put 5 stars so this review doesn’t get erased and people really get to know how horrible the service at this hotel is.
*Restaurants suck! Wait is always over 1 hour and you can’t make a reservation.
*pools are old and deep, deep. And only one entrance to pool.
*snack bar personnel suck! They ignore people so they don’t have to serve you.
*lobby staff are not organized. They gave our reserved rooms to someone else and kept saying they didn’t have anymore rooms.

“Very romantic hotel we went to as a family but I didn't know that. The location was wonderful, resort was unique, clean, staff were helpful and kind and the food was really impressive and good. We only walked through the nearby town on our way to the shoreline hike so no comments on that.
