“We started out in the standard Preserve rooms and to be honest, we were not impressed. The room was not as advertised and just felt old and basic. We decided to upgrade to a Sanctuary corner room and it totally saved the trip. It was absolutely one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Views were great and the vibe was modern and fun. The outdoor hot tube was just what we wanted. Food was exceptional. We’re not total foodies but appreciate good food and great experiences. All of the……

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.”

“The partial ocean view at this hotel was breathtaking and surpassed the views of other hotels. The spacious, clean, and relaxing rooms were a delight. I particularly enjoyed the rainfall shower and deep soaker tub. It was an unforgettable experience to have breakfast while watching humpback whales. We definitely plan to stay here again. ”

“The Marcela is a gem, it’s a beautiful place to spend several days enjoying PV. Easy walk to town to enjoy the hustle and bustle and then escape back to the super friendly staff, delicious food and drinks and great pool. The rooms themselves are beautiful decorated with traditionally Mexican decor, clean and comfortable. The pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable but that is our only complaint, the Marcela was a wonderful place to spend 10 days with our family. We would definitely stay again. ”
