“Très bel endroit tranquille et facile d'accès. Climatisation un peu bruyant et équipement de cuisine un peu désuet, mais pour le reste très satisfait.”

“The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).”

Despues de quedarme ahi, no hay punto de comparacion con los otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Punta Mita, este es el mejor. Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). “They really spend time thinking about what a family needs to have a great vacation and they went above and beyond in many areas. Our room was always cleaned meticulously, and there were many extra touches along the way that really made the trip - gifts for the kids that we actually needed and used (sun protection, baby cutlery, sippy cup, beach toys, etc), spare sunscreen, good entertainment each night, strollers, daily kids activities, and a family friendly atmosphere. “This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. “This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day.
