Paul takes care of everyone during the day. Many more were exceptional, but those three are top notch. Very quiet and not much night life on property, but you are very close to great restaurants and the Malecon Boardwalk Vallarta is a short walk. We will be back."

"The hotel and staff were great. It's just a short walk to the Malecon, and there are plenty of shops and food stands nearby, which made everything very convenient. My only complaint is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., and you have to go out to the beach to get and return beach towels. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. Beach towels need to be returned in order to check out no exceptions unless you want to pay a fee. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would stay here again if the price is right."
