「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.」

「The private beach is breathtaking and gives the resort a secluded, peaceful feel you don’t get at many all-inclusive properties. Every room faces the ocean, so you wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, absolutely unforgettable. The staff are what make this place shine. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. By the second day, several team members were greeting us by name.」

「The hotel is very colorful and quiet despite the fact it's right at central area. 5 mins walks from the Pier, the beaches and close to all restaurants and bars. The hotel facility is clean, room is spacious and clean as well. Continental breakfast included. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend for anyone to stay here when travel to Puerto Vallarta.」

「This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often.
