"We started out in the standard Preserve rooms and to be honest, we were not impressed. The room was not as advertised and just felt old and basic. We decided to upgrade to a Sanctuary corner room and it totally saved the trip. It was absolutely one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Views were great and the vibe was modern and fun. The outdoor hot tube was just what we wanted. Food was exceptional. We’re not total foodies but appreciate good food and great experiences. All of the food we had was great and far above most resorts. The staff was exceptional. Efrain, Nitza, Andrea and Edson were particularly fantastic. We felt welcomed and appreciated. They are superb at their jobs and should be commended. We’ve stayed at the Garza Blanca here and in Cabo. Cancun might be next. "

"The location of this studio condominium grew on us through out the stay. The experience, beauty and fun got better each day. Whales entertained us each day, as well as music nights at the restaurant on Monday and Friday. So convenient to have a market on site for snacks. The only negative was the air conditioner noise from next door but the positives out weigh the negative. "

"The place was beautiful and our host was super helpful with any questions I had. Even helped to coordinate a massage therapist who could come to the apartment. "
