「首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。」

「Beautiful resort, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Our concierge Modesta was wonderful!! She took care of everything from dinner reservations to spa and everything inbetween! Truly an amazing vacation!!」

「No internment no music to dance drinks so expensive and no alcohol taste at all is a very all property shower either hit or cold, faucets not working properly, and when I made the reservations for this place at that time it wasn’t all inclusive, they changed a week before we arrived, I just because we’re not all inclusive they dined a water bottle for me and my husband, and that’s good we didn’t get all inclusive because it’s not worded at all」

Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. 「Dentro de todo el hotel bien, solo que no me gustó el mesero de lentes que está en el restaurante mexicano Frida por qué es grosero y no brinda buena atención a todos los clientes sólo con los que le conviene pero si estás pagando por un servicio el trato debe de ser parejo」

「Paid for all inclusive and they had "premium" options so it wasnt really all inclusive. Front desk tried to upsell SPAs everytime they saw us . Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. Paid extra for a private beach dinner and when we showed up they weren't ready, they said you can come back tomorrow or wait about an hour an a half very unprofessional. The rooms speaker and tablet would not fully connect at times. Tried...

「Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. You just changing your concept. Shrimp tacos, ceviche and aqua chile became I little less exciting than before」

Clean, staff was very tentative, food at the restaurant was soooo good(breakfast and dinner are made to order), nice little semi private beach, 3 pools ( we used 2 of them), drinks at the bar were on point, short ride to Zona Romántica. We enjoyed a massage while there, they came to our room and provided the service there. Which was so nice an d relaxing with the sound of the crashing waves.」

「The units resemble more a small condo. It is centrally located in the Romantic Zone, so you can walk to all the restaurants and venues. It is a quiet area, and the reception desk is very helpful in addressing concerns. I highly recommend this place.」

「The suite was even better than expected and so comfortable for us. The entire propterty was clean, cool, and the staff was lovely. The beds were extra comfortable and the location was perfect- close enough but not TOO close to all the fun downtown. I highly reccomend this property. 」
