「We felt like we were lottery winners staying at Danesfield. What a place, the staff couldn't do enough for us, the food was delicious, and our room was very comfy.」

The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. 「Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed an evening meal. We stayed in an executive room in old part of inn. Wonky wooden flooring and 'old' furniture in keeping with property. The very large, stylish bathroom is fine but finish is fading and shower head, hose and taps need replacing or descaling. Would stay here again.」
