「The staff is very nice and introduce us a very nice restaurant nearby. It is near the Gran Via where you can find the shops and lots of restaurants. It is convenient even to walk to the monuments (it just takes around 15 minutes walk). And the room is spacious and the toilet is very big. The cleaning staff is very good and tidy the room well. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. And once again, thank you to the staff there! 」

「The experience of living here is quite good. The hostel is close to Tribunal metro station and the shopping area of the city( around 5 minutes to the former and 10 to 20minutes walk for the latter). Staff were nice and helpful. However, Tribunal metro station are not fully accessible by elevators/escalators so people travel with big luggage should be aware of that.」
