“I usually travel 4 times a year to different countries and I have never experienced such wonderful service from a hotel in my entire life. You truly feel like you are at a family members house and not a hotel. Where do I begin to explain how amazing the staff is here.
Let me start with the chef Freddie we mentioned we were Colombian and the next day for breakfast he brought us arepas! The front staff and waiters were also truly amazing from Eric, Lolo, Dani, Marilee, and Victor.

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.”

“Warm welcome by the staff as we arrive very early in the morning, they let us to checkin earlier. So that we can enjoy a hot shower and good sleep after long flight from Hong Kong to cusco. “The rooms were beautiful and the hotel held our luggage while we did a 5 day hike on the Inca trail at no charge. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast is very basic but good.
The only critique I would say is that the hotel can be very noisy because sound echos through the open spaces.”

“Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away.
The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table.
The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it
