"This is a hidden gem in the downtown area! The pictures do not do the space justice--it is big!! The patio area is so fun. Wish we had a better weekend so we could have enjoyed it! The master bedroom is HUGE!! There is so much space for 5 of us to enjoy a weekend exploring DM. Close enough to walk to so many great restaurants, breweries, and bars. Great living room area to relax and play games. I wish we could have had better temperatures to spend more time on the patio, but Iowa weather! Ha!!...

"We loved it here! Great view on the 10th floor. Location is perfect as well. We were very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. We were ready to move in permanently but our booking was over and we had to go home to Georgia. Loved it!"

"The shower has shampoo and conditioner that is actually good. The room is spacious and very comfortable in the historic Kirkwood Hotel turned condominium. Parking available and wifi as well as coffee pods and ground coffee. washer, dryer, washer, and plenty of towels. All the restaurants and shops are a very close walk with one Sushi and Thai restaurant in the building and a bridge to nearly every building across any street to get there in cold weather."

"The building had a great old charm to it. The location is amazing and centered close to bars and restaurants. The place was clean and charming. The property manager was great, walked us through finding the keys and parking which was very helpful. He also always answered the phone, was attentive and even offered some restaurant choices"
