"Will stay here again. Very clean and very quiet (until flights started out of the airport in the am). Staff competent and kind. Good location for flying in or out of San Jose. Comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator -- just missing an in room coffee maker but tea/coffee were available in the lobby area. Minor complaint: only one paper cup in the room with two double beds. Accessible bath/shower was fantastic. "

"Airport shuttle was quick & efficient, easy to find. Balcony had a lovely view. The best part was the entire staff, very friendly, professional & very hardworking, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable & enjoyable as possible. They also have an attention to little details in the rooms ambience to ensure a relaxing & comfortable environment, very well mainatined. Highly recommend and look forward to staying with them again. "Checked in late and Kim was so accommodating and friendly! Was able to have a delicious breakfast with vegetarian options, fresh fruit, and a variety of pastries, each morning. There is also a bar with a good selection of beers and wines. The night I arrived in my first night I had some chicken tenders and tots for dinner which were good. The bartender/server there (Alyssa) was also very friendly and the cook was nice and quick too! There are beautiful water views, it is convenient location, and there is a bunch of friendly, helpful staff."
