「Caleb was wonderful. He accommodated me in every way possible from early to late check in/out without charging a fee. Just wish the rooms were somewhat up to date like the lightening and the plug in sockets. Bathroom was fine. Shower door could use some tlc though. Other than that I’d stay again. 」

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「We loved our stay at the Pontchartrain Hotel. The friendly staff really made our experience, but the rooms are comfortable and clean, with large bathrooms. We also loved the rooftop bar and the food was great. Wish we had more time to use the streetcar to tour the area; the brief time we rode it, it was a fun way to see the area.」

「This is a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting the french quarter. Just outside of all the noise. In walking distance to everything. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so very kind and efficient about everything. The breakfast was good also. The courtyard and pool is a great place to relax. My family and I enjoyed our entire stay!
