“Breakfast lady, Emily is excellent. Pleasant, nice, friendly n helpful, hard working. We arrived pass 9am, which is the closing time, she sincerely offer we sit down n enjoy bkf. Hot water is running out, she initiate to go get more without we ask.”

“The location is ideal - winter or summer. However, the cabin was ice cold when we checked in. The gas fireplace was insufficient to adequately warm the living space; that is, we had the thermostat cranked to 85, but the interior temp never rose above 65. We had to borrow blankets and space heater from our daughter who had a full house on the Peninsula.We also discovered one window open about 1/2”, which obviously created inefficiency. There was a live spider and web in the Keurig water reservoir……

“This is an amazing ranch property owned by a multigenerational family who stayed to fight the recent wildfire and saved the area around the ranch. This is as close as you can get to the Yellowstone (series) experience in Northern California.This vrbo is a basement studio under a ranch family member's residence, so expect some noise from above. He is very friendly and has a chill dog. The bed is one of the best we've slept in! The hot spring (basic metal tub setup with a deck and chairs) is……

“Very nice place. Had all the things we needed. Did not have air conditioning so it was a bit hot. Was not able to get property to text or call me back with check in instructions and key code so I had to continually call u til I found someone to help me. But other than that is was a good stay”
