“I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why I was surprised by the condition of my room during this stay. While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a dirty towel left in the room, stains on the sheets, chips on the floor, and the toilet was not clean. After I called the front desk, staff responded quickly and cleaned the toilet, which I appreciated. However, the stained sheets and……

“The photos were very misleading. The train restaurant hasn’t even been open for 10+ years, the room was covered in dust, dirt, stains, and falling apart. Carpet has rips and stains, the blinds all falling apart or missing. Do not trust the photos online.”
