"The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

"The house was a good size for our group of 10. While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside. Nothing to ruin our experience but there is room for improvement. We did report all damages we found and got quick...

"This was the cutest house we have ever stayed in! It was truly was a great spot to stay. The house has a wrap around porch with swing. We loved relaxing on the porch just people watching. The house is very open with beautiful furnishings. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!"

"We really enjoyed the private setting amongst the live oaks and Spanish moss and on the water! I caught a nice largemouth bass while wading around the dock. We would definitely stay again!"

"Everything clean and organiced ,close to the beach but remember that is a walk of at least 8 minutes to get to the beach.It would be perfect if you had a golf cart to get around ."
