“The location of this grand hotel cannot be beat and neither can their excellent service from the front desk team. Decor is classy and well kept. The bar and restaurant food and drinks were exceptional for lunch and dinner and all types of drinks (Beer, Wine, Spirits, and NA). We had an Ocean View room with a nice terrace and seating. “Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful they were all so awesome with the kids. Staff is very attentive and if you have any issues they do their best to have it taken care of right away. Location is very convenient to everything g walking distance to town restaurants and drives are also pretty central to both ends of the island. Overall had a perfect stay and look forward to coming back!”

“This hotel is fantastic, but I would suggest having a rental car if you stay here. It's ideal for getting to a lot of places on the island but staying very convenient to Ponta Delgada and the many restaurants there in the evening. We went out on excursions every day, and many tour operators picked us up directly at the hotel. We were on the island for eight days, so it was wonderful to have a big enough space to fit my family of five. They brought breakfast every day with fresh fruit and local……

“Beautiful building in great nestled location, within 10 minute walk to water. Onsite bar & restaurant was delicious & spacious. Staff didn’t really love the Americans, but great food/bev. Pool area outside was gorgeous & front desk staff was always so helpful. They have a huge spa on site too. And most rooms had balconies, which was great to sit outside & overlook pool/view. Glad we stayed here :)”
