"Beautiful building, with great views down the hillside and out to sea. Lovely big room, with nice balcony, comfortable beds. Kettle, teas and mini-fridge were appreciated. The lady on reception was very friendly and answered our questions. Unfortunately the restaurant was not serving any dinner and the pool hadnt been cleaned and looked out of action, it was early in the season but neither was informed to us before our stay."

"We loved staying at 1905 Zinos. We could only book 2 nights together as they were fully booked other days. We had an amazing welcome and had lunch on the terrace. Everyone who worked there was so helpful & kind. We had dinner in the restaurant both nights and the food was fantastic. We will be back one day. Thank you so much. "

"There was no wifi no plates no glasses no dish clothes and the list goes on. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Then the host brings on plates and glasses and leaves them for us to unpack. Needless to say we did not and they honestly just need to get organized for when people arrive. "

"Parking is not possible at the house.Shower is cold.No heating in the house.Dish washer didnt work.No assistence from the house manager.It is not a dream house. it is a cash machine for the owner."

"This villa is a beautiful, peaceful spot with breathtaking views of a busy Madeira Island. We did a lot of sightseeing of the island, but to come back here to relax and enjoy a magnificent sunset was such a pleasure. I spent a full day at the villa, only leaving for dinner at a restaurant, and it was lovely. Everything you need is here. The place is well stocked and oh, so pretty."

"The place was lovely, if a bit dated. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing was that communication with our host was an issue. The password to get into the house was wrong, so we had trouble getting in. Her son had left their wallet in the house. No problem, I left it in the post box for her as requested. No thank you or sorry for any confusion of the code or the wallet. There was no welcome book with any information about the wifi. Again, no acknowledgment for that, as I was searching for ages to find it. There was no information about tourist tax, but at the very end of the trip, on our last night at 10pm, she contacted me on whatsap to tell me about the tax, when I was about to go to bed. You'd think she hadn't hosted before. Other than that, the house, while very odd, was very nice, very clean and in a great location."
