"This was such a nice place to stay. Photos are an accurate representation of what you’ll experience in terms of aesthetics. A few things that we noticed that made our stay enjoyable: 1. The basic functionality of the place is great. A/C, bathroom fans, water pressure are all excellent. 2. Kitchen is well equipped. We cook a lot, and our expectations weren’t especially high. "This property was very nice for a small family. The only thing I found lacking was the second bath. The shower is in terrible shape. It definitely needs to be replaced. The master bath was wonderful with a huge shower. It was in a good location as well."

"The house was better than pictures. I have rented 35 plus VRBO properties. This was the best equipped property I have been in, also very clean. Had a couple small issues , gas grill empty but was resolved in 24 hours. Highly recommend this property"

"It is what it is.......if you want a 5 star resort, look elsewhere, its a beach house. Communication was good, place was clean. It was a little odd having the owner right upstairs, but they werent very intrusive. You cannot see the beach, but it only 30 or so yards to walk to. Overall, satisfied....."

"We enjoyed our stay in st augustine immensely. The cottage was so comfortable and close enough to walk to places we were going to. Our toy poodle loved the back yard, and we loved sitting there watching her as well. We hope to stay here again in the future!"

"We had a great stay. The property is located within walking distance of Old St. Augustine near shops and restaurants. The house had all the amenities we expected and also had a nice fenced-in backyard that worked well for our dog. There was ample space for myself, husband and 22 year-old daughter. The property manager was great to work with. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again."
