Additional perks include four bathrooms with walk-in showers (no tubs), free WiFi, smart TVs throughout with both streaming and cable available, board games, and a washer/dryer. With all these amenities, you'll feel right at home and ready to relax.
Out the rear of the home, you will find a large patio with a fire pit overlooking the water, a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. This splendid home away from home also offers an extra-large pool with a fully furnished screened-in lanai, a gas grill for summertime barbecues, and two large docks for fishing, bird watching, and dolphin spotting. It's a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts!
In the pool closet and garage, guests will find Kayaks, bicycles with tire pumps, fishing gear, and outdoor games like corn hole, ladder toss, pool volleyball, and floating loungers. With such a variety of outdoor activities, you'll never run out of things to do and explore during your stay.
Conveniently located just a short drive from Punta Gorda, Fisherman's Village, shopping and dining, beautiful beaches, golf, and easy access to Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail), this home offers a plethora of activities. Plus, it's within easy reach of popular beaches like Manasota Key Beach (20 minutes), Venice Beach (40 minutes), and Siesta Key (one hour). Other great attractions include King Fisher Fleet, Center For Performing Arts, Peace River Wildlife Center, William R Gains Jr Veterans Memorial Park, Fort Myers (RSW) Airport, Tampa (TPA), and Punta Gorda (PGD) Airport. Pickleplex (pickleball) is just 20 minutes away, and the new Sunseeker Resort is 5 minutes away. There is a park with tennis and pickleball across the street and there is a Top Golf and Ft. Meyers 30 minutes away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
