Great vacation spot right by the pool

This is a wonderful choice for a beach vacation. The house is at the end of a quiet street and the pool is nearly in the backyard. The garage was thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs, wagons, and bicycles, as well as a ping pong table. Our kids also loved having the golf cart to cruise around on. This house is a really great choice!

Amazing

The Green Magnolia was beyond perfect for our week stay with our family of nine. The location couldn't be more perfect to watch beautiful sunsets and walk to the pool. We enjoyed the golf cart immensely and used it every day to get to the beach boardwalks at the other section of Windmark. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen was stocked wonderfully! One of the best beach house kitchens we've ever had! The rental company was one of the most responsive and helpful communicators I've ever dealt with. The level of communication It was overall fantastic and we cannot wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Green Magnolia was the perfect place to stay for our beach trip. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The kids really enjoyed the bikes, ping pong table, and foosball table. The golf cart was also a wonderful addition to be able to ride around the neighborhood, to the pool, and access to the beach. We all really enjoyed the area of the “forgotten coast.” It was nice to be in such a quiet non commercialized beach area. The beaches were nice and not crowded at all. I would definitely stay here again! The owners were very responsive through text if we needed anything.

Great house!

The house was wonderful! So clean and so pretty. The manager was always very responsive to message and even let us check in about 30 minutes early since it was clean and ready. The listing states it has a washer and dryer but it was tiny! Held maybe 3 beach towels I expected a full size machine. Both king sized beds didn’t seem to have the bed frame attached to the headboard so it bumped on the wall every time you rolled over so it became annoying. I would have loved for the house to have a broom. It would have helped us keep the sand cleaned up easier. Only other issue was I expected it to be closer to the beach. We could rode the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the beach access but it was still a long walk to get to the beach. We booked this house thinking it would be easy for my mom to access and it wasn’t. We enjoyed our stay so much!
