"Charming and authentic. Old world charm and lovely flare. Very good concierge service. We had a spacious room with a nice garden porch. Quite neighborhood with quick walk to town and palace."

"Excellent place to stay!"

"The location was excellent, staff very helpful and kind. Close enough to everything and not in the middle of the busy tourist areas. Great restaurants and evenings were much quieter than being on the other side of the river. Highly recommend the location and Beatrice."

"The room felt like we were sleeping inside history but with all the modern amenities. Espresso machine, excellent AC, very comfortable and large bed. Convenient location. Great value. Highly recommend!!"

"Hotel is in a very nice area surrounded by trees and is located just outside Florence a few km from city center and close to a public bus stop. Room are modern, very clean and excellent AC. All the staff was always very helpful. Included continental breakfast is truly excellent. I would love to return."

"Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow."

"Such a great location and easy stay. We had a tower room and the view was incredible especially at sunset!"

"Beautiful old fashioned palazzo with wonderful rooms and views. Lovely staff, good breakfast and fantastic roof top bar"

"Amazing hosts. Excellent breakfast"

"Stunningly beautiful property with unbelievable vistas from the dining room and pool (amazing). The staff were attentive, helpful, and cheerful and the food was excellent (some of the best we had in all of Italy). They offer free shuttle rides to the city with the last shuttle returning at 6:30 PM. We felt pampered and would actually have preferred to have stayed and spent more time at the hotel rather than running around Florence. Great place to relax and decompress."

"Great rooms for families. Close to everything! Easy to drive to/"
