Die Wohnung liegt auf einem großen Grundstück in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Vor Ort fanden wir alles, was wir benötigten. Die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand.Wir fanden die Betten nicht besonders bequem, für die zwei Wochen unsereres Aufenthaltes war es aber in Ordnung. Das Einzige, das uns wirklich gefehlt hat, waren Fliegennetze an den Fenstern und Türen! Nachts mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war leider kaum möglich.Die Besitzerin wohnt in der oberen Etage und ist absolut großartig! Unsere Kinder durften sich im Garten frei bewegen und ich durfte Kräuter zum Kochen ernten.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit :)

La casa è spaziosa ed è situata a pochi minuti da Portoferraio, in una zona tranquilla. Al piano superiore abita la proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile. Ideale per famiglie con bambini.

Super posizione per vivere al meglio l elba

Appartamento molto confortevole dotato dei confort più indispensabili: forno, lavatrice, microonde, macchina del caffè. C'era una doccia anche all' aperto per pulirsi dai residui di sabbia. Al piano superiore viveva una nonnina molto simpatica: la mitica signora Pasquina, molto gentile e disponibile a darci una mano nella gestione della casa. L appartamento è posizionato in zona molto centrale, ed è comodo per raggiungere tutte le spiagge e le varie località. Ciao Pasquina, arrivederci a presto!!
