“Quarto fantástico, bem como todo atendimento, desde a recepção, restaurante, bares e concierge. O Skylouge é muito tranquilo e merece toda atencao. Nao posso deixar de destacar o bar do Soul, onde Augostin, Pedro, Ivo, Braum, Dani, nos atenderam excelentemente em todos os 8 dias de estadia.”

“Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .”

“Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY……
