「The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. 「This is a beautiful, well equipped hotel that lets itself down due to corporate greed, amateur level service and lack of attention to detail. The hotel itself, the ground, the pools and the setting behind Falésia Beach are stunning. The place was immaculate, the heated pools were glorious, the rooms were large and comfortable and we slept well. However, after paying for our stay upfront (nearly €1500 for a few days) we were basically informed that our money was not good enough. The front desk...
